Ca'n Suavet is a wonderful 150 year old farmhouse with mountain views which has been lovingly restored where many rustic features and artefact's remain to create a lovely warm homely feel, keeping the essence of the original historic house.

The large kidney-shaped swimming pool is a good size and there is plentiful sun-bathing areas on the large terracing. A superb fully furnished covered front terrace area and a huge BBQ set in a separate area with outdoor sink and four meter long medieval table, will give you every opportunity at trying your hand at outdoor cooking.

The property has two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with twin beds - there is another supplementary bed/cot available on request. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite and toilet on ground floor close to the pool.

The fully furnished kitchen includes; hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine.washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The grand dining room has the feeling of a medieval banqueting hall with its decoration, antiques, paintings and rustic stone walls. The lounge area is equipped with Sat TV/DVD, Radio, CD and WI-FI.

Towels and linen are included.
Cleaning once a week, linen changed once a week and towels twice a week.

Central heating and air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms helps to a create a perfect year round home.

It's just a few minutes' drive to the beaches at Cala Sant Vicenç and Pto. Pollença, and shops and restaurants in Pto. Pollença, Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia.

The traditional finca is next door to a 3 bedroomed villa, Ca'n Suavet II and so for groups of up to 14, these villas would be an ideal choice for parties which are also available for Christmas time.
