How do I check availability ?It is possible to check the availability of some of our properties whilst you are on-line. These properties will have a button which takes you to a 'live' availability calendar. For properties which don't have this button either call us on 0121 453 2433 or complete our 'Check Availability' form and we will either email or call you with the information you have requested. The Form E111 is no longer valid. You should obtain a European Health
Insurance Card (EHIC) before leaving the UK. The EHIC is not a substitute
for medical and travel insurance, but entitles you to emergency medical
treatment on the same terms as Spanish nationals. You will not be covered
for medical repatriation, on-going medical treatment or treatment of a

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel and medical
insurance before travelling especially full “dangerous sports” insurance cover
(if appropriate). You should check any exclusions, and that your policy covers
you for all the activities you want to undertake. More advice about travel

Back to TopHow can I get to the resort ?Pollensa Pines can organise a meet-and-greet taxi service for you. You will be met in the Arrival Hall by your driver who will be displaying your name on a board. The taxi will take you to collect the keys to your holiday property and then to the property itself. On your return you will be collected 3 hours prior to your flight departure time. Pollensa Pines can also arrange competitive car hire with cars located at the airport.
